Getting Your Prescription Filled

Getting your prescription filled is easy when you are part of a Preferred Care Partners plan. Preferred Care Partners has contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed CMS requirements for pharmacy access in your area. We have over 2,000 pharmacies in network to choose from. To receive the prescription benefit, you must get your prescription filled at one of our network pharmacies. Since our pharmacy network may change at any time during the year, use our Pharmacy Search Tool to access our most current listing of network pharmacies.

Filling Prescriptions by Mail

Another option is to use our network mail-order pharmacy service for certain drugs. Contact Member Services to see if your prescription is eligible for this service.

Filling Prescriptions Outside the Network

Only in limited circumstances will we cover prescriptions filled at an out-of-network pharmacy.
